1. iPods =- Ideas for future? Perhaps 1 teacher may want a "class set"?

Need PD for the iPods. Not being used as we hope. Need to have Tech Cafe' sessions
Becky, Kathy, Debbie, Maggie, Nancy, Katie - Share ways that they have been used with the staff
Do these need to be returned to library during checkout?

2. No iPad yet in the library, has it been ordered? Approximately when will it be here? Jeff said it was ordered last month.

Yes...we have the accessories, but no iPad yet .
Will be housed in new library for testing and evaluation

3. No poster printer software yet, has it been ordered? Approximately when will it be here? Jeff ordered it last month.

Adobe Photoshop Elements ordered

4. Timelines for remaining projectors and audio? This summer?

Meeting with Jason and Jeff on 6/1/10 this will be addressed

5. Where will SMARTBoard be housed? This needs to be finalized.

WIll be permanently mounted in Room 214 (old ibrary) This will be checked out on schedule (similar to the library/computer lab). Jeff will work with us to find a computer that can work with he SMARTBoard
Review PD needed on (ie - lunch and learns)
**Other concerns -Barrington needs another computer lab...ideas discussed and need further consideration. Largest roadblock is attaining computers and needs for computers in the classroom. Jason and Jeff will address these issues on 6/1/10.
